Qualifications

• Must hold a UK driving licence.
• 2+ years in healthcare or social care sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Work as part of a team to meet client needs promptly.
• Liaise with multiple departments to resolve client account issues.
• Use initiative to exceed client expectations and deliver excellent service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support them.
• Identify clinicians suitable for placements and outreach to them.
• Own the shift handover process with clarity and accountability.
