Job description

All Care Isle of Wight are looking for a Coordinator to join our growing team in Newport!

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely matter.

You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Care Assistants and build a good working relationship liaising with other professionals.

Hours required are:Monday-Friday 0900 - 1700, including1 night in the week on callandevery 4th weekend on call (added in due course)

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who currently works within the Care Industry or within a rota focussed role.

ADVANTAGE - Care experience and co-ordinator experience.

Criteria

  • Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and a positive personality
  • Experienced in scheduling, coordinating or rota planning
  • Experienced in care calls
  • Take part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone

Skills and experience you should have:

  • Good literacy skills
  • Computer literate
  • Administrative experience
  • Full driving licence
