Job description

Job Title: Care Coordinator at Cera Care Ltd

We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on care needs and proximity whenever possible.

Requirements:
  • Ideally NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
  • Registered with the SSSC
  • Approximately 2 years of experience as a care coordinator in a Domiciliary Care Agency
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance
  • Experience in conducting care assessments and reviews, motivating care staff
  • Organised, methodical, with keen attention to detail
  • Flexible with working schedules and responsibilities, adaptable to a fast-growing startup environment
  • Team player
  • Driver with access to a vehicle
