As a skilled Care Coordinator, you’ll be used to managing a caseload of care packages and understanding the varied and fast-paced nature of the role, along with all elements of care delivery.
You’ll use your communication and relationship-building skills to manage rotas for your care teams, respond efficiently to daily changes, and act as the first point of contact for service users, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Regardless of your care setting experience, you’ll be adaptable, able to work under pressure, and proactive in thinking on your feet.

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with occasional travel across the West Midlands region. Applicants must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
You must also support the out-of-hours on-call service, which operates on a 1 in 6 rota basis.
We offer a competitive salary between £28,290 - £33,290 per annum, including on-call payment, with potential bonuses up to £2,000 per year.
