Job description

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on their care needs and proximity when possible.

Requirements:

• Ideally two years of experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first-class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
• Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential
• Experience in conducting care assessments and reviews; ability to motivate care staff is preferred
• Organised, methodical, with a keen eye for detail
• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
• Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle
