Your day-to-day
  • Co-ordinating the delivery of care using our care scheduling system
  • Adapting to changes in schedules, including staff availability and onboarding new clients into existing care runs
  • Ensuring healthcare workers attend staff meetings, supervisions, and training within CQC-required timescales
  • Assisting the Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality care service
  • Manage on-call duties on a rotating basis
