Job summary

A leading care service provider in Southampton is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage the delivery of high quality care services. You will ensure that Care Workers are aligned with the clients' needs and maintain compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Domiciliary Care Agency, be motivated to provide excellent care, and hold a driving license. Qualifications

  • Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
  • Registered with the SSSC (Scottish branches).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of high quality care services.
  • Match Care Workers to Clients based on care needs.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC/CI/CIW regulations.

Skills

Motivated to deliver first class care
Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance

Job description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency.

  • Motivated to deliver first class care
  • Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
  • Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
  • Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
  • Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
  • Registered with the SSSC (Scottish branches)
