Supporting Older Adults within the Trafford community, who are experiencing a range of complex mental health issues. We work closely with families, carers and other health and social care professionals to promote recovery and autonomy.
We are a warm and friendly Multi-Disciplinary Mental Health Team with a strong focus on staff Health and wellbeing. To support staff wellbeing, we offer flexible working as per the trust policy.
Within the team we have monthly CPD sessions in addition to regular Line Management and Clinical Supervision, as well as peer support. We promote reflective practice and encourage practitioner development.
