We are currently recruiting a Care Coordinator to work at our Rochdale Office.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Scheduling care rotas
2. Line managing a team of care workers
3. Ensuring service users receive the right care in line with their assessed care package
4. Processing client referrals
5. Processing documentation for field staff
6. Quality assurance
7. Ensuring compliance with all office systems & processes
8. On-call duties

If you would like to join our friendly Rochdale team, you will have:

• Ideally, 1 year of care coordinator experience
• Confidence using various IT packages, including Outlook, Word & Excel
• Enjoy problem-solving and have a positive, can-do attitude
