Job summary

CCH Group in the UK is hiring a Care Coordinator to help deliver high-quality home care in your community. You will organise and supervise care staff, assess and review individual care plans, and ensure services run smoothly. A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are required due to travel between locations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with on-call duties on a rota. Salary is £26,300, with the potential for professional growth within a trusted national care

What you’ll do

The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field-based duties. Responsibilities include assessing and reviewing individual care plans, as well as supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff in the field. This role requires a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle due to the travel involved.

Qualifications
