Job description

Autonomy Care supports people in their day-to-day lives, helping them to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while ensuring that their care and wellbeing needs are met, 24 hours a day.

The individual will be responsible for the coordination of the care delivery team to ensure the provision of commissioned services.

Key Responsibilities

· Administrative tasks

· Rota Management

· Assisting with Payroll

· Providing direct support

· New Package set up

· Recruitment; establishing requirements, interview support

· Absence Management

· Attend meetings with families, other professionals’ and funders

· Participation in on call

Working Hours

· Monday to Friday

· 40 hours per week

· 8:00am – 4:00pm

· Expectation to work out of normal hours when needed

About You:
· At least 1 years experience in the care sector

· Exceptional organisational skills

· Resilient and calm under pressure

· Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills

· Strong level of attention to detail

· Driving licence

· NVQ Level 3, or willing to work towards

· Experience in using a scheduling system

· Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities
