The North Manchester Early Intervention for Psychosis Team is delighted to be able to offer a full-time permanent post of care coordinator: registered nurses, social workers or occupational therapists are welcomed to apply.
The Manchester Early Intervention for Psychosis Service is divided into three teams covering the city: north, central and south. This post will be based in the NORTH team - Hexagon Tower, Blackley, however you will be expected to travel across the city as part of the back-up assessment practitioner rota and across Greater Manchester to inpatient units as part of the role.
You will work alongside a team of passionate and experienced colleagues and will be supported by the Clinical Team Manager and Senior Practitioner.
This post is a full time position (37.5 hours per week). The Team is currently operational Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but flexible working can be discussed.
