Job description

Job Title: Care Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,250 per annum

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours

Working Pattern: Shift rota 5 days out of 7 including weekends

The role of Care Coordinator

You will support the Senior Care Co-ordinator in leading service delivery, driving high-quality care, hospitality, and support. Responsibilities include recruitment, development, and deployment of the care team, managing referrals, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.

  • Staff management, development, and retention experience in care settings

Role Responsibilities
  • Promote and market senior living products
  • Manage administrative systems for service operations
  • Ensure compliance with ARCO and CQC standards
  • Maintain the Season brand standards
  • Line-manage care staff, oversee development and training
  • Hold team meetings and promote good practice
  • Oversee referral, assessment, and move-in processes
  • Create and monitor care plans and staff rotas
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal partners
  • Perform quality assurance audits
  • Encourage community engagement and social activities
  • Advise the Senior Care Co-ordinator on care issues
  • Organize open days and promote the scheme
  • Work 5 days over 7, including occasional night shifts
  • Recruitment, staff development, health and safety, budgeting, and working with local managers
