Overview

We are seeking an organised and motivated Care Coordinator to join our well-established branch. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is passionate about ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care services—without the added pressure of on-call duties.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate care staff to deliver effective, person-centred care services
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and care professionals
  • Build strong relationships with staff and clients to promote continuity of care
  • Ensure care plans remain up to date and reflective of clients\' changing needs
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in care coordination, scheduling, or a similar administrative role within health and social care
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • IT literate with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive individual with a commitment to supporting both clients and staff
  • Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements (desirable but not essential)
