In this pivotal role, youll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and ongoing management of care packages, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued clients.

You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in Heywood, but at times, travel across the Northwest region will be required.

Main duties of the job
  • Act as the first point of contact for our clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Effectively manage rotas for your care teams, responding efficiently to any day-to-day changes
  • Monitor care delivery to ensure it meets individual care plans and quality standards
  • Support the out of hours on-call service, which is covered on a 1 in 8 rota basis with no requirement to provide hands-on care.
