Job Opportunity: Care Coordinator – Full Time

Location: Greater Manchester

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time)

Salary: £27,300 – £29,250 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Driver: Essential (Full UK Driving Licence required)

Are you an organised, compassionate, and proactive individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care? We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team, supporting the delivery of personalised care services across Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage care packages for service users
  • Liaise with clients, families, and care staff to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
  • Conduct risk assessments and care planning
  • Schedule and allocate care staff efficiently
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
  • Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as required
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care coordination or supervisory role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of care standards and safeguarding
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
