Interim Resident Care Coordinator - Senior Living Community

We are seeking an outstanding Care Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in Farrington Court. This position is currently temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. Join a team of dedicated, caring professionals committed to providing seniors with the lifestyle they deserve.

We are hiring a temporary Resident Care Coordinator, with potential for permanent placement.

Job Description

The Care Coordinator will work closely with the Health and Wellness Director and Nurse to plan resident care. Responsibilities include overseeing community operations, monitoring resident health routines, managing healthcare administration, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring and training CNAs and Caregivers
  • Mentor caregiving team members
  • Ensure team compliance with resident care regulations
  • Maintain staff schedules
  • Assist with medication passes and caregiving tasks as needed
  • Monitor pharmacy requests and communications
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a caregiver in Assisted Living
  • Management or leadership experience of 2 years or more preferred
  • Scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • CNA, HCA, or LPN license required
