Overview

Care Coordinator Opportunity – Grow With Us! Location: Regus House, Dartford, Kent (overseeing services across Bexley, Essex & Medway). Employment Type: Full-Time. Minimum experience of 1 year. Own driving license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage efficient staff rotas to optimise care delivery
• Conduct comprehensive care assessments and develop tailored support plans
• Perform rigorous care and medication audits to maintain CQC compliance
• Lead staff management including supervisions, spot checks and team meetings
• Utilise Microsoft Excel & Word for data analysis and professional reporting
• Source new care packages and contribute to business development
• Drive marketing initiatives to expand our services and reputation
• Work autonomously with innovation to enhance operational excellence

Qualifications

• Proven track record in care/supported living coordination
• Advanced IT skills (MS Office essential)
