About the Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our care service. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating care visits and managing staff rotas efficiently
  • Liaising with care staff, service users, families, and external professionals
  • Ensuring continuity and high-quality care for every service user
  • Responding to last-minute changes and maintaining service delivery standards
  • Supporting recruitment, inductions, and ongoing training of care staff
  • Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis
About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and passionate about making a difference. You should have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a care coordination or similar role within domiciliary care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations and care sector standards
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle scheduling challenges confidently
  • Competence using electronic care management systems (training can be provided)
  • A flexible approach to working, including participation in on-call cover
