We are currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our long-established and busy Chipping Norton branch.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating and managing effective staff rotas
  2. Conducting client assessments and building care packages
  3. Liaising with both carers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
  4. Participating in on-call cover (with additional payment on top of salary)
  5. Supporting the continued growth and development of the branch
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a similar role within the care sector
  2. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  3. Strong organisational and communication skills
  4. A proactive and flexible approach
