This includes managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas, and keeping essential records up-to-date—no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage rotas for clients and carers.
• Coordinate and manage care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Communicate with clients and their families to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Liaise with Care Professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care.
• Support the recruitment and training of new Care Professionals as needed.
• Promote and uphold the company’s core values, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements

• Experience in roles such as Care Supervisor, Senior Care Assistant, or Field Care Supervisor.
• UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to support others.
• Basic office skills and familiarity with administrative tasks.
