Care Co-ordinator Domiciliary Home Care (NO On-Call | WEEKLY PAY | HYBRID OPTION)

£28,500 per annum + Weekly Pay + Hybrid Working + Mileage

  • NO on-call responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing

  • Build and managedaily and weekly staff rotasusing our digital care management system
  • Match care workers to service users based on consistency, travel time, and skillset
  • Communicate with families, care staff, and professionals to ensure safe care continuity
  • Ensure full compliance withCIW RISCA regulations, including safeguarding and gender-matching
  • Log updates and rota decisions using internal diary note systems
  • Work collaboratively in a rota team no out-of-hours on-call required

Hybrid working option availablefollowing successful probation and training

No weekend or evening workrequired

Who Were Looking For

  • Previous experience inhome care coordination,rota scheduling, or care logistics
  • Calm, organised, and confident working in fast-paced environments
  • Good knowledge of care sector compliance and professional communication
  • Digitally competent and detail-focused
  • Right to work in the UK

Bonus Experience (Not Essential)

  • QCF/NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care
  • Familiarity with digital care systems (e.g. Nourish)
  • Basic Welsh language (training provided)
