Care Coordinator Position

As a Care Coordinator, you will support individuals and ensure that Care Workers are matched to suitable clients based on their care needs. The team in Falkirk seeks a dedicated team player committed to providing excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
  1. Organising Care Worker rotas, ensuring proper matching to clients' needs, and effective planning
  2. Developing, implementing, and executing operational practices within the care sector
  3. Resourcing for new care packages and expanding existing ones
  4. Maintaining continuity of care for new and ongoing packages
  5. Keeping accurate and up-to-date digital records for clients and Care Workers
  6. Addressing customer queries promptly to uphold the company's reputation
  7. Ensuring all operations comply with Company and CQC/CI/CIW standards
  8. Developing the company's Care Worker Community
  9. Organising training sessions and performance appraisals as needed
  10. Contributing to growth and service expansion goals
Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of experience as a care coordinator
  2. Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the update service) to expedite the recruitment process
  3. Experience in conducting care assessments and reviews, and motivating care staff
  4. Flexibility regarding working schedules, roles, and responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment
