Job description

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on their care needs and proximity where possible.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency
  • Motivated to deliver excellent care
  • Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
  • Understanding of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential
  • Experience in conducting care assessments and reviews, and motivating care staff (preferred but not essential)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
  • NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
  • Registered with the SSSC (Scottish branches)
