Job description

Salary: Up to £28,000 per year plus on-call payments

Are you an enthusiastic and energetic Care Coordinator with hands-on experience in domiciliary care? Do you want to make a real impact in your community and in social care while developing your career? Are you looking to become the admin and Secretarial role behind the business? If so, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our field teams and the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling Care Visits (40% of role): Efficiently organise care worker rotas to ensure seamless service delivery to customers
  • Field Support (20% of role): Assist the field care supervisors and care manager with new care assessments and quality monitoring to uphold our high standards.
  • Business Development (20% of role): Promote the company within the community by attending local events and organising business development opportunities with the management
  • HR Support (20% of role): Collaborate with the Care Manager on care workers' supervisions, spot checks, and one-to-one meetings to nurture their team.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are not just looking for anyone who can schedule at a desk; we want someone dynamic who thrives in a varied role and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support and nurture care workers. You'll be present in the office most days, but expect to be out in the field, engaging with the team and community.

Key Criteria:

Mandatory:

  • Own car and full UK driving licence
  • Care Coordinator experience within domiciliary care
  • Care worker experience
  • Experience working for a corporate care business
  • Desire for development and progression within the industry
