Are you an organised, proactive care professional with a passion for delivering excellent home care services?
We're looking for a Care Coordinator to join a friendly, fast-paced domiciliary care branch in Birmingham, delivering over 1,200 care hours per week. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth care delivery and exceptional support for both clients and carers.
What you'll be doing:
Creating and managing staff rotas to ensure seamless care delivery
Liaising daily with care staff, service users and families
Supporting recruitment, training and supervision of care workers
Responding promptly to changes in schedules and emergencies
Maintaining accurate records in line with CQC standards
What we're looking for:
Experience in a care coordination (ideally domiciliary care)
Strong IT skills and confidence with care management systems
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving abilities
A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
Driving Licence & own vehicle
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
