Key Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:

  • Efficiently scheduling care packages to meet client needs
  • Coordinating rotas for a team of carers across 3,000 care hours per week
  • Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Participating in a 1-in-4 paid on-call rota
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with CQC standards
  • Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Must be a driver – access to a company car during office hours provided
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting staff development
  • Progression to Deputy Manager
  • £150 per on-call weekend (1 in 4 rota)
  • 35-hour week, no care calls required
  • Strong team support and structured onboarding
  • Friendly and professional working environment
