Location: Banstead
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends,
Salary: £26,000-£30,000

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established domiciliary care provider rated Good, proudly serving the local community since 2017. They are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator to join their growing team.

The Role:

As Care Coordinator, youll be an integral part of the operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services. Youll be working alongside three other experienced Care Coordinators, sharing responsibilities and supporting a strong care workforce.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Care planning and coordination
  • Creating and managing staff rotas
  • Scheduling and allocating care visits
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Participating in the on-call rota (1 day per week)
  • Supporting both clients and carers to ensure smooth service delivery

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a care coordination or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Has a care background or experience in domiciliary care
  • A full UK driving licence is required
  • Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
