Job summary

Fairmile Grange Care Home, part of Allega Care, is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for day shifts in Christchurch. You will join a warm, supportive team, receive full training, and help residents with daily care and activities. Alternate weekends and 12-hour shifts are available, with a route to progression to Nursing Associate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal and nursing care, including hygiene and mobility support.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Maintain accurate care records and report to nursing staff.
• Support nutrition and hydration for residents and assist with feeding.
• Mentor new Healthcare Assistants and support induction.
