About the Care Coordinator role:

This is your chance to step into a rewarding leadership role where no two days are ever the same.

Working closely with the Service Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll help shape unforgettable respite experiences for our customers - ensuring their individual choices, interests, and aspirations are at the heart of everything we do.

You'll also play a key part in leading and supporting a committed staff team, helping them thrive while maintaining the highest standards of care.

As part of your role, you'll contribute to our local emergency on-call rota, ensuring continuous, quality support across the service.

  • Experience in residential settings and developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Bonus: If you have experience supervising a team, that's a plus, but not essential!

Why Join Hansel?

  • Be part of a respected charity with over 60 years of impact
  • Work in a positive, values-driven environment
  • Receive ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Help shape services that truly empower people
  • Join a warm, inclusive team that genuinely cares
