Salary: GBP26,235 GBP27,303 per annum + Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent 39 hours per week

Now, we re offering a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team at Red Rose House, our vibrant Respite Service, as a Full-Time, Permanent Care Co-ordinator.

About the Care Coordinator role:

This is your chance to step into a rewarding leadership role where no two days are ever the same.

Working closely with the Service Manager and Assistant Manager, you ll help shape unforgettable respite experiences for our customers ensuring their individual choices, interests, and aspirations are at the heart of everything we do.

You ll also play a key part in leading and supporting a committed staff team, helping them thrive while maintaining the highest standards of care.

As part of your role, you ll contribute to our local emergency on-call rota, ensuring continuous, quality support across the service.

What We re Looking For

We re seeking someone with a passion for person-centred care and the drive to make a real impact.

You ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of current social care legislation and best practice
  • Experience in residential settings and developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Bonus: If you have experience supervising a team, that s a plus, but not essential!
