Job description

To become part of our care team overseeing the effective running of a small Domiciliary care provider.

We offer:

Does the job role include personal care?: Yes.

Working Patterns:

To work as part of a roster including every other weekend. One of these weekends will be on call for emergencies.

Essential details:
  • Have experience in care.
  • Have a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
  • Have a full driving license.
  • Be flexible to suit the needs of the service.
  • To be able to problem solve & use own initiative.
  • Have good administration skills.
  • Be able to work well and manage a small team.
  • To manage out of hours on call and emergencies.
  • Be familiar with digital care systems.
  • Basic administrative knowledge.
