Care Coordinator Flexible Hours Sherborne

We are a friendly, well-regarded domiciliary care company based in Sherborne, and we re looking for a Care Coordinator to join and complement our existing coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility and team collaboration.

What We re Offering:

We understand that work-life balance is important. That s why we re open to creating a rota that works for the right person. We re particularly interested in candidates who can cover:
  • Morning shifts (7:00am 3:00pm)
    OR
  • Afternoon/evening shifts (3:00pm 10:00pm)
There s plenty of flexibility available whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we re happy to shape the role around the needs of the business and the right candidate.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Coordinating care visits and rotas for carers
  • Communicating with clients, families and staff to ensure smooth delivery of care
  • Supporting carers with queries and problem-solving
  • Participating in on-call support as needed (shared with the team)
  • Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance
We re Looking For:
  • Experience in domiciliary/home care (ideally in a coordination or senior carer role)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Confidence working under pressure and problem-solving
  • IT literacy (care software experience is a bonus)
  • A driving licence is preferred, but not essential
