Boots UK is seeking a Healthcare Logistics Driver (HLD) to deliver and collect medicines for care homes, patients at home, GP surgeries and Boots stores across a defined route. You will use Boots-provided training and equipment, including a handheld device with pre-planned routing, to ensure safe, timely deliveries while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s driving experience.
• Able to read and interpret delivery routes and instructions.
• Enjoy following process and working at pace to achieve service levels and targets.
• Physical stamina and capability to work in a manually demanding role with heavy lifting.

• Calm in the face of unexpected changes or challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medicines to care homes, patients at home, GP surgeries and Boots stores within route time.
• Collect returns and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and use Boots-provided handheld device for routing.
• Build relationships with store teams and external partners.
• Report issues or feedback to improve operations.
