Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with senior management teams of care providers to offer bespoke support services.
  • Produce high-quality reports for stakeholders and engage in continuous research to identify best practices in the care sector.
  • Develop and implement tools, toolkits, and mentoring strategies tailored to the needs of smaller providers.
  • Provide targeted mentoring, coaching, and consultancy to maximise service outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local councilMonitoring Teams and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and news in the care sector to enhance service quality.
  • Engage providers with innovative services and tools
  • Conduct regular reviews and innovate the services offered to ensure they meet the current needs effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
