Join a multi-award-winning company dedicated to enhancing care services across Hertfordshire. My clientare seeking a Care Business Consultant to support members in developing their services to meet local and national standards, ensuring high-quality care and business resilience.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate with senior management teams of care providers to offer bespoke support services.
- Produce high-quality reports for stakeholders and engage in continuous research to identify best practices in the care sector.
- Develop and implement tools, toolkits, and mentoring strategies tailored to the needs of smaller providers.
- Provide targeted mentoring, coaching, and consultancy to maximise service outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with local councilMonitoring Teams and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and news in the care sector to enhance service quality.
- Engage providers with innovative services and tools
- Conduct regular reviews and innovate the services offered to ensure they meet the current needs effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing care services, preferably with a background in Care Home or Homecare.
- Knowledge of local inspection processesand a track record of improving CQC or Local Authority inspection ratings.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring and coaching to develop service quality.
- Must have own transport with business insurance as travel around Hertfordshire is required.
- Desirable: Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- A methodical approach to Quality Assurance and Governance.
