Fraser Home Care seeks an experienced female carer to provide in-home support in the Inverness area. This full-time role offers a guaranteed 38.5 hours per week, a permanent contract, and the chance to deliver compassionate, person-centred care across multiple client runs.

You'll receive full training, mileage allowances or company car access, uniform and PPE, PVG check coverage, and ongoing professional development opportunities. A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential.

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care across various runs
• Following Fraser Home Care policies, protocols, and best-practice guidelines
• Providing flexible support during working hours
• Managing day-to-day client needs and enquiries
• Supporting colleagues and acting as a positive role model
• Attending induction, in-house training, and staff meetings
• Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure clients receive the right support
• Updating care plans and completing quality checks as required
