Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants to help and assist the team with daily routines including personal care and feeding. Candidates must have at least 6 months of care experience and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily care activities such as helping patients with washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, talking to patients, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Experience with mobility aids and equipment is beneficial. The role may involve escorting patients and participating in induction training. We supply staff to NHS and private sectors, including roles like Nurse, General Nurse, RGN, NMC, Band 5/6 HCA, Community Nurse, and Specialist Nurse in various departments.
