Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help and assist the team with daily routines, including personal care and feeding.

Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers must have at least 6 months of experience in care and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care, assisting patients with washing, dressing, feeding, changing beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, talking to patients, helping them move, assisting with toileting, maintaining a tidy environment, and managing supplies and equipment.

Work may involve using mobility aids, escorting patients between departments, and possibly training new healthcare assistants.

We supply staff to NHS and private sectors, including roles like Nurse, General Nurse, RGN, NMC, Band 5/6, HCA, Community Nurse, and specialist Nurses in areas like A&E, Endoscopy, and Theatre.
