Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help and assist the team with daily routines including personal care and feeding.

Requirements include at least 6 months experience in care and a compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care, assisting patients with washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, talking to patients, helping them move, assisting with toileting, maintaining cleanliness, and using mobility aids.

Work may involve escorting patients, using mobility equipment, and training new staff.
