We are recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to join our amazing team!

*Driving license essential with access to own vehicle*

*Must have the right to work in the UK - We do not offer sponsorship*

Hours:

  • Monday - Sunday Between 5pm - 10pm
  • Working every 2nd weekend - Expectation ( 2 days off during week )

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out minimum 1-hour visits.
  • Provide introductions to all clients.
  • Focus on person-centred care by building strong relationships to understand clients' needs and preferences.
  • Personal care: Support clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, ensuring they remain healthy and independent.
  • Medication support: Assist clients with their medication needs.
  • Companionship: Ensure clients have social interactions daily by engaging in conversations, completing activities of their choice, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
  • Home help: Assist with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation/cooking.
  • Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour.
  • Mileage contribution.
  • Paid travel time.
  • Continuity of clients.

  • Have the Right to work in the UK.
  • Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
