We are recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to join our team!

*Driving license essential with access to own vehicle*

*Must have the right to work in the UK - We do not offer sponsorship*

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday between 7am - 1pm.
  • Covering Arbroath and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out minimum 1-hour visits.
  • Provide introductions to all clients.
  • Focus on person-centred care by building strong relationships to understand clients' needs and preferences.
  • Support clients with personal care routines such as showering, dressing, grooming to promote independence and health.
  • Assist with medication support as needed.
  • Engage clients in social interactions, activities, and accompany them to appointments or shopping for companionship.
  • Help with home tasks like tidying, laundry, vacuuming, and meal prep.
  • Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour.
  • Mileage contribution, paid travel time, and continuity of clients offered.
  • Full training provided, with opportunities for career development through award-winning training.

Qualifications:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Care experience preferred but not essential.
