Job Description:

Role: Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant

The Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will assist with daily routines including personal care and feeding. Prior experience is preferred but not essential; a compassionate attitude is crucial.

Responsibilities include helping patients with washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment. You may also escort patients and participate in induction training for new staff.

Previous qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. You will work under supervision of nursing staff and collaborate with other healthcare assistants.
