Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to provide in-home support to elderly and less able individuals across Oldbury, West Bromwich and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as we offer extensive training and development.

You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks, while offering emotional support and companionship. Driving licence is required; full-time or part-time hours available, with weekend shifts.

You will be providing quality care services to elderly and less able individuals in their own home as an alternative to a residential care home. You will offer assistance with personal care, meal preparation and domestic tasks as well as ensuring they have emotional support and companionship. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not necessary as we have an extensive colleague training & development programme, although you must:

• Have availability and be flexible to work various shifts including evenings
