Job Description

So, what's the job really about?

Well, imagine popping by to help Miss Honey to start her day. One moment you're assisting her out of bed, helping her shower and choose an outfit, and the next, you're sharing a cuppa and a chat as she enjoys her breakfast. Later, you might be off to Mr. Hamilton to make sure he's got his medication sorted and a hot meal on the table. Maybe a quick tidy-up, or a trip to the shops is on the cards as well.

Qualifications

But here's the special bit. You're not just a helper; you're a lifeline, a listener, and often you share a good laugh with our clients! Our visits are never less than an hour, so you truly have the time to care. You ensure all of your clients are comfortable and safe to enable them to stay independent in their own homes.

We are rated 5* OUTSTANDING in all areas by the Care Quality Commission and 9 -10 by all our lovely clients on homecare.co.uk, where we have over 80 reviews.

Additional Information

Am I paid for my training? Of course! Home Instead training wins awards and is known to be is a step above the rest. You don’t need to have worked in care before as we ensure you're supported at every stage of your journey with us.

We celebrate each other’s achievements, we have care professional conferences and we even get out into the local community hosting Friendship Lunches, Companionship Cafes, Dementia Awareness days, and you can join in the fun when we support local charities!

So, if you are over 18 and with a car (you may need to take our client out and about) and if a part time job is something you have been thinking about, then get in touch now!
