We are looking for our next Care Professionals who will support our clients in the local community to live independently in their own homes. Our Care Professionals have regular clients they visit for a minimum of 1-hour. This enables our clients to live well at home and to continue with their day to day living. This includes supporting clients to get up and ready for the day, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, and home help. We are looking for people that are kind, compassionate, naturally caring, observant and intuitive who want to make a difference. So, if you are looking for a career change, you work in social care already or you are a work returner we offer full award-winning training and support.
