Day Shifts (Earlies and Lates)

• Demonstrates the skill of delivering care as prescribed in care plans for a group of residents under the guidance of senior staff.
• Provides comprehensive verbal and written reports on residents' progress during shifts.
• Ensures hydration and nutrition are maintained, understanding their importance.
• Follows infection control principles and Foxburrow Grange policies.
• Adheres to falls prevention principles.
• Participates actively in life story work, understanding its principles and outcomes.
• Contributes to developing an activity-based home culture.
• Creates meaningful connections during routine interventions, aiming for about 30 seconds each.
• Sees the person behind the illness in every care opportunity.
