Job Description:

Home Instead is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. No prior qualifications or experience are necessary as we provide award-winning training. Our Care Professionals come from diverse backgrounds, including stay-at-home parents, semi-retired teachers, and retirees seeking part-time work. The key qualities we seek are a warm, compassionate nature, a people-oriented personality, and a willingness to learn.

We offer competitive pay rates, supportive management, and opportunities for ongoing training and development, including funded Level 2 and 3 qualifications. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care to clients in their homes, with a minimum visit duration of one hour. A full DBS check is required, and candidates must be willing to travel to clients' homes.
