Job Description

No care qualifications or formal experience are required to become a Care Professional, as we provide award-winning training. Our Care Professionals come from diverse backgrounds, including stay-at-home mums, semi-retired school teachers, and retirees seeking part-time work. The key qualities we look for are a warm, compassionate nature, a people-oriented personality, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes
  • Full DBS check required
  • No previous care qualifications needed; training provided
  • Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or caring for a loved one is a plus
