You do not need any care qualifications or formal experience to become a Care Professional as we will provide you with our award-winning care assistant training. We have Care Professionals working for us who have been stay-at-home mums, semi-retired school teachers, and retired individuals seeking part-time work. The only requirements are a warm and compassionate nature, a people-oriented personality, and a willingness to learn.

You should be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. Enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time with others.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes
  • Full DBS check required
  • No care qualifications needed; training provided
  • Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Healthcare Assistant, or caring for a loved one is a plus
