Vitale Care is hiring Care Assistants to visit clients in their own homes, promoting independence and delivering high-quality support with a friendly office team backing you up. The role offers development opportunities and a supportive culture focused on wellbeing and recognition.

You will help with daily living activities, medication support and meal preparation, and you’ll be encouraged to progress through training and shadowing, with paid DBS and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience in care and supporting clients in their home
• Ability to work with independence and in a compassionate manner
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans
• Good record-keeping and communication with clients and office
• Right to work in the UK and valid UK driving licence if applying for driving role

Responsabilités

• Personal care: assist clients with washing, dressing, mobility and daily routines
• Medication support: assist with medication as required and keep records
• Meal support: prepare and serve meals and monitor fluid/food intake
• Household support: light housekeeping and shopping with clients as needed
• Companionship: provide company and help clients stay active and engaged
